Shift: Nights, 6:00pm - 4:30am Job Type: Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £19.50 per hour PAYE + Holiday Pay Great Pay Rates! Long-Term Work Available! We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nip Hand to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturer in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent position. Duties & Responsibilities: * Carrying out Nip Hand duties within a precast concrete factory. * Assisting the precast production team with the manufacture of concrete products. * Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings. * Manufacturing and assembling rebar cages to specification. * Preparing moulds and assisting with the casting process. * Using hand and power tools safely and effectively. * Maintaining quality standards throughout production. * Adhering to all health and safety procedures. Requirements: * Previous Nip Hand experience is essential. * Ability to read and work from technical drawings. * Experience manufacturing rebar cages. * Previous experience within a precast concrete or heavy manufacturing environment. * Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
