About the role
Heavy Vehicle Service Advisor We're looking for an organised, confident and customer-focused Heavy Vehicle Service Advisor to join our busy HGV workshop.

You'll be the link between our customers, technicians and workshop team , managing jobs from booking through to completion and invoicing.
The Role Book in HGVs for servicing, repairs, inspections and MOT preparation
Raise and manage accurate job cards
Liaise with technicians to monitor job progress and identify additional work
Keep customers updated on repairs, costs and timescales
Obtain customer approval for additional work
Order parts and liaise with suppliers when required
Prepare accurate invoices for completed work
Support the Workshop Manager with daily planning and workflow
Maintain accurate workshop records and administration
What We're Looking For Experience in a HGV, commercial vehicle, fleet or dealership workshop
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple jobs
Good understanding of workshop processes, job cards and invoicing
IT literate; DMS experience would be an advantage
A xwzovoh confident, practical approach and the ability to work under pressure
