Sales Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity as a Sales Administrator to join ourfast-growing client in the construction industry.

In this role, you will play an important role in supporting sales activity, developing existing customerrelationships and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and enquiries.
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Gathering information on customer requirements, upcoming projects and competitor activity.
• Working closely with the Field Sales Team to support customer visits and sales activity.
• Managing and updating customer information, quotes and sales activity using the CRM system.
• Supporting the wider sales team with reporting, lead generation and general sales administration.
