Payroll and Compliance Administrator

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator with experience in payroll and compliance to join our team in Leeds, previous experience working in the recruitment is preferred but not essential (full training will be given but experience within administration/payroll/recruitment is preferred). You will be working Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30/08:00-17:00, and Friday 8.00-16.00 working alongside an existing and established team, underneath the Divisional Manager. The benefits: * Salary negotiable (depending on experience) * Full time * Company pension scheme * Private health scheme after qualifying period * 22 days hol with increased holidays after length of service The role: * Collecting/chasing timesheets for workers - email/calling * Inputting hours onto our payroll system * liasing with the payroll team to ensure payroll is completed in a timeley fashion * Administration and compliance (references, RTW checks etc) * Onboarding of workers – compliance checks (qualifications, RTW,) along with processing associated documents onto various VMS and CRM systems) * Preparing for external audits * Putting workers through security clearances – training to be given The person: * Organised and motivated * Able to build relationships with candidates and clients * Ambitious and energetic * Able to work in a team – essential – this will be working as part of a team of 7 Account Managers, Administrators and Managers *Highly organised - ability to multi task If you are interested in the above position, please contact Hannah Woods send a cv in for a call back We have an extremely busy pipeline throughout 2027 and 2028 and beyond - so there is also the real opportunity for progression for the right individual.
