A successful secondary school in Poole, Dorset is seeking outstanding graduates to join its salaried Graduate Teacher Training programme from September 2026. The Role

Person Specification

Applicants should possess:

• A degree in French or Spanish (minimum 2:1 preferred)

• A strong academic background, including GCSEs and A Levels

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine enthusiasm for language learning and education

• The commitment and resilience required for a career in teaching
