Salesforce AdministratorQuant Capital is urgently looking for a Salesforce Administrator join our high profile client.Our client is a recently acquired financial technology business who is currently taking the factoring and invoicing market by storm. This is a brand new project to create an efactoring platform and CRM system from scratch.The Salesforce Administrator will be working collaboratively with other highly skilled developers as well as BAs and Testers on technically challenging customer-facing projects.Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:·Setting up new users and managing their profile as well as user maintenance·Provide assistance on reporting & Dashboards·Database clean-up and ongoing documentation so that required information is always up to date·Managing cases on a daily basis around trouble shooting existing functionality·Working on setting up new functionality – workflows, validation etc.As the Salesforce Administrator you will have:·3- 5 years of experiences working on Salesforce Platform·Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Developer·In depth knowledge of industry standards to support business requirements·In-depth knowledge of life cycle of application environments·Ability to be involved in multiple projects at the same time·Excellent organization skills; and ability to prioritize multiple activities and objectives in a rapidly changing environment, and deliver quality service·Committed to providing exceptional customer service and responding to user needs in a prompt, courteous manner·Project management skills/understandingThis is a unique opportunity for someone to expand further into web technology.
