Business Change Manager The Role We are looking for a Business Change Manager to play a key role in delivering successful organisational change across a major Transformation Portfolio. This is a high-impact position where you will ensure that change initiatives are effectively implemented, adopted, and sustained across the business. You will work closely with programme and project teams to assess the impact of change on people, processes, and culture, ensuring that business benefits are realised and embedded. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a business change strategy to support transformation programmes and projects Lead organisational readiness planning, ensuring structured and effective change approaches Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives Support the design and delivery of training and capability-building activities Create and manage a Business Change heat map to monitor change impacts and capacity Track, report, and ensure realisation of people-related benefits Embed change management within programme governance and delivery frameworks Work collaboratively with Programme Managers, PMO, and cross-functional teams Partner with internal change networks to champion and sustain change across the organisation Skills & Experience Proven experience in Business Change or Transformation roles within complex environments Strong understanding of programme and project delivery structures Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong planning and organisational capability Desirable Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field Experience with recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) Key Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to lead and inspire change adoption Strong communication across diverse audiences Experience delivering change using structured methodologies Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants
