The Person
The successful Junior Sous Chef will have the following:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Strong ability to support kitchen leadership and run sections confidently
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
A keen eye for detail and ability to consistently deliver high standards under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Full right to work in the UK
