This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and commercially aware HR professional to take ownership of the people function within a high-quality hospitality environment, working closely with the senior leadership team to support employee engagement, recruitment, development and operational performance.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in creating a positive and inclusive working culture, supporting managers across all departments and ensuring the hotel attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent.
