A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim Associate HR Business Partner to support for 3 months initially. There could be an opportunity to be extended or go permanent. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

Description

An Interim Associate HR Business Partner to:

Provide HR Partnering support
Lead on employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and capability issues
Support on restructures, redundancies and consultations
Be a trusted partner to the organisation
Provide coaching and advise to managers
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Contribute to wider HR initiatives including workforce planning, talent management and utilise data to inform decisionsProfile

Interim Associate HR Business Partner with:

Strong ER case management experience including grievances and disciplinaries
Experience of supporting change programs including restructures, redundancies and consultations
Able to start at short notice
Previous not-for-profit or SME experience desirableJob Offer

Interim Associate HR Business Partner to

Up to £220 PAYE per day
