This role offers an ambitious analytical professional the chance to make a meaningful impact in a globally connected position influencing strategic decisions.Analyse complex supply chain data to deliver insights that improve inventory, delivery performance, quality, and costDesign, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting using advanced data extraction and visualisation toolsProvide visibility across inventory, revenue, SIOP, delivery, and customer metrics using large datasets and data warehousesSupport planning and operations through ERP/MRP systems, enabling effective scheduling, WIP tracking, and inventory controlPartner with cross‑functional teams to translate data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadershipContribute to the implementation and adoption of new tools, including automation and AI‑enabled planning solutionsRepresent the Global Supply Chain Metrics team in meetings and support training on tools and reporting solutionsRequirements/Qualifications:3-4 years’ experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or a related analytical roleBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, STEM, or equivalent practical experienceStrong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using Tableau and SQL databasesSolid understanding of supply chain fundamentals within a complex operational environmentConfident communicator, able to work effectively with global stakeholders at all organisational levelsHighly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft AX or similar) and graph databases is a strong advantageTravel Time:0% - 25%To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
