About your new roleOur market leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team advises employers across the UK on all aspects of employment, pensions and immigration law. Our clients are some of the UK's largest and best known employers. We believe that the quality of our clients and strength of our relationships with our clients speaks volumes about the quality of the service we provide.To support senior colleagues in the Pensions team with a diverse caseload of pensions matters and to contribute to pensions business development activities.Roles & responsibilities Manage a mixed caseload of pensions work Provide pensions law advice on all types of private and public sector pension schemesManagement of relationships with clients and key stakeholdersAssist in the designation and implementation of innovation and product developmentAssist with other business development work (attendance at in person events as well as assisting with behind the scenes BD work)Work in accordance with client and internal SLAsWork in accordance with Weightmans’ values #LI-HybridAbout YouYou will have previous experience and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work.We also require you to have/be:Solicitor with 1-6 years post qualification experience in pensions lawExperience in a range of relevant advisory, transactional and documentation workTechnically strong and excellent communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team and on own initiativeExcellent time management and organisational skillsMethodical, organised approachIf you meet our criteria and think this is a job where you could bring enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn, then we look forward to receiving your application. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates are encouraged to reach out directly.
