Senior Recovery Practitioner

Service Care are supporting a national social care service whoe are looking for a Senior Recovery Practitoner to join their teamn on a contract basis Role: Senior Recovery Practitioner  Rate: £20.26 to £22.10 per hour (PAYE inc.)/ £23 to £25 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd) Location: Manchester Working: 5 days per week. 37.5 hours. Contract: 3 months on going  Candidate Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs related to substance misuse Develop and implement tailored recovery plans. History of management. Offer ongoing support and motivational interviewing to promote sustained recovery Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as needed Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality Collaborate with external agencies and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care Promote client engagement and retention in recovery programs Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance standard Proven experience in substance misuse recovery or related fields Strong understanding of addiction treatment and recovery pathways Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid DBS clearance and compliance checksIf you are interested in the role, or know anyone who may be, please contact Marc at Service Care Solutions on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
