This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to influence growth strategy, drive experimentation, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Finance.The CompanyThey are a fast-scaling, subscription-led consumer business using data to drive growth, customer engagement and product innovation. Analytics is embedded across the organisation, with a strong focus on evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.The RoleYou will partner with Growth, Product and Marketing teams to uncover opportunities, influence strategy and improve business performance.Responsibilities include:

• Analysing customer acquisition, conversion and retention performance
• Designing and evaluating A/B tests and experiments
• Conducting funnel, cohort and customer behaviour analysis
• Building dashboards and monitoring key business metrics
• Identifying growth opportunities and providing actionable recommendations
• Presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• Partnering cross-functionally to solve commercial challenges
