Remuneration: £40,000 £50,000 + overtime

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, company van, pension and phone and laptop

The role of the Installations Manager Fire Stopping will involve:

Installations Manager position dealing with the installation, inspection and technical assurance of fire-rated sealing barriers

Overseeing a team delivering the installation of passive fire protection systems, including fire stopping, cable transits and service penetration seals

Ensuring all installations comply with project specifications, fire safety regulations and third-party certification requirements

Coordinating labour, materials, site programmes and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Maintaining site safety, RAMS, quality inspections and installation records, ensuring all works meet required standards

The ideal applicant will be Installations Manager Fire Stopping with:

Must have experience as an Installations Manager or Site Manager or Project Manager within construction

Ideally will have experience dealing with passive fire systems such as, fire doors, fire barriers, intumescent coatings, fire rated compounds

At least a CSCS blue card

Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team

IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Effective time management and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
