The role:

Develop and deliver Johnson Matthey's global Facilities Management strategy, aligning services with business priorities across an international portfolio.
Provide leadership across building infrastructure, workplace services and operational performance, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient facilities.
Lead governance of strategic FM suppliers and partners, driving service excellence, innovation and commercial value.
Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to support transformation programmes and workplace improvement initiatives.
Support financial oversight of a global FM spend exceeding, ensuring strong forecasting, investment planning and cost control.
Leverage data, technology and performance insights to enhance asset reliability, customer experience and sustainability outcomes.
