Pastoral Support Roles – Short-Term & Long-Term Opportunities | Dudley Secondary Schools Across Dudley Opportunities Available from September 2026 Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Competitive Rates of Pay Zest Education is working closely with a number of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Dudley, who are looking to appoint dedicated pastoral professionals for both short-term and long-term roles. We are recruiting for a range of pastoral positions, including Head of Year, Learning Mentor, Behaviour Mentor, Pastoral Manager, and Student Support Officer roles. These opportunities are ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
