About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, handling high volumes of requests, and contributing to smooth, accurate operations within a large-scale digital platform environment.


Pay range and compensation package

  • Location: UK (Remote)
  • Contract: 8 months (PAYE)
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience


Responsibilities

  • Managing and resolving high-volume operational and content-related requests.
  • Evaluating and configuring content or channel settings based on defined guidelines.
  • Supporting onboarding and technical setup activities for partners and creators.
  • Tracking metrics and sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with global teams across EMEA, NA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and processes.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders Global Partner Ops Associate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills
