Quality & Risk Coordinator – Kings Park Hospital
Location: Stirling, Scotland. Contract: 30 hours per week, permanent. Salary: Up to £35,576 per year FTE (dependent on experience, training, qualifications).
Overview
We have an opportunity to join the Quality and Risk team at Kings Park Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This part‑time role covers a flexible shift pattern with negotiable contracted hours.
Duties
- Support local management and coordination of incident reporting, ensuring timely documentation, review, and closure of incidents in line with policy.
- Assist in the investigation of adverse events, near misses, and complaints, contributing to root cause analysis and action planning.
- Maintain accurate risk registers and escalating significant risks to relevant governance forums.
- Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and quality monitoring activities across departments, ensuring action plans are implemented and reviewed.
- Assist with compliance tracking against CQC, HIS, HIW, or equivalent standards, including preparation for inspections and reviews.
- Collate, review, and present data related to quality metrics, KPIs, and governance performance.
Qualifications
- HCPC or NMC registration (essential).
- Experience in a quality, risk, governance, or clinical support role within a healthcare or regulatory environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including minute-taking and report coordination.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and governance systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
