Location: Portsmouth
Working Hours: 7:00am4:30pm (45 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days + 3 additional weeks)
Are you a passionate and confident leader who loves creating fresh, nutritious food and delivering an exceptional dining experience? Were looking for a Chef Manager to oversee a busy catering operation and lead a dedicated team.
What Youll Be Doing:
As our Chef Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
Leading and motivating a great cross functioning team
Designing and delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
Ensuring smooth, efficient service every day
Managing budgets, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintaining the highest food safety and health & safety standards
Creating a positive, supportive team culture
What Were Looking For:
Experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Chef in a similar setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for fresh xwzovoh food and outstanding service
Excellent understanding of HACCP, allergens, and food hygiene standards
Confident managing budgets and operational processes
