Project and Executive Support Administrator , working
part time , all year round
. This is a varied role for someone who is highly
organised
,
adaptable
and enjoys providing excellent
administrative
support
across different areas of the College. Youll
provide
administrative
support across
I
T
Services, Health & Safety,
compliance
and Executive Support
,
helping to
coordinate
meetings,
monitor
budgets and expenditure, support procurement, liaise with suppliers and contractors, and
maintain
accurate
records
and documentation.
Youll
also support
IT helpdesk administration
, track requests,
maintain
asset registers and software and warranty renewal records, and
coordinate
contractor and visitor access. Within Health & Safety and compliance,
youll
maintain
risk assessments, incident and
compliance records , support audits and inspections,
monitor
actions
and
assist
with
GDPR activity
, including
data
collation
and redaction.

GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or equivalent

Methodical,
accurate
,
with strong
attention to detail.
Able to plan and prioritise workloads in a
fast paced
environment.
