About the role

As a  Dispute Resolution Fee Earner joining this Top 200 law firm, you will work across a diverse range of civil litigation matters. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a mixed caseload that includes commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, consumer law, boundary disagreements, and contentious probate issues. The role offers the chance to generate new client work, develop existing relationships, and contribute to the growth of the department. The ideal candidate

•

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive from 0 to 3 years PQE.

Experience of dispute resolution and civil litigation matters.

\t

High levels of digital literacy, including familiarity with case management systems, Microsoft Office, and SOS.

\t

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

\t

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

\t

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.
