Water Hygiene Engineer – London / South-East £28000-£35000 + Van + Overtime + Training UK based legionella compliance specialist that work on commercial and residential contracts are expanding their London team and currently require a Water Hygiene Engineer to covering monitoring, maintenance, and remedial services on sites in South London. The Water Hygiene Engineer position will travel around South London carrying out routine water hygiene duties in line with ACOP L8 guidelines. Typical duties to include: • Temperature checks on hot and cold-water systems • Showerhead and outlet cleaning and descaling • TMV inspections and servicing • Tank inspections/cleans • Maintaining site logbooks The successful Water Hygiene Engineer will be in a similar position and be comfortable working independently. A full driving license is required and ideally the applicant will be based in South London. The package for the Water Hygiene Engineer role will include • Company van (private use) • Overtime available • Pension & Health scheme • Ongoing training into plumbing and water treatment This Water Hygiene Engineer position would suit somebody who is looking to progress within a company, enjoys the autonomy of working independently and is comfortable working on a mixture of sites working closely with site management offering guidance on site health and safety and where required future work.
