Project Manager - Fit Out

The CSR Group are working on behalf of a main contractor from Northern Ireland who, due to a number of new contracts, are currently in the market for an experienced Fit Out Project Manager.

With extensive experience within a similar role, you will be tasked with planning, organising and ensuring each project is controlled and handed over on time, within budget and to an acceptable standard.

Salary ranging from £60 -70k plus package Some travel to projects in ROI required Main Responsibilities: Lead a number of projects at any one time.

Liaise with Clients, Design, Site Managers, Manufacturing, Procurement & Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Develop & implement schedule of works from start to completion.

Organise & co-ordinate all project requirements e.g., materials, resources, logistics etc.

Deliver all projects on time, within budget and of exceptional quality.

Identify subcontractors, as necessary.

Ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures and drive continuous improvement.

Provide regular progress updates, management reports and instigate corrective actions as required.

Ensure compliance of all necessary Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.

Candidate Requirements: A minimum of 4 years experience within a similar role preferably within the joinery manufacturing, fit-out industry or working on large commercial projects Educated to level 6 standard or substantial relevant experience.

A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality.

Experience of interpreting contractual documentation, drawings & technical specifications.

Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a high performing team.

Possess a proactive & innovative approach with the ability to problem solve issues.
