Temporary Caretakers/Porters Monday to Friday London £12.71 p/h + holiday pay at 12.07% Temporary Caretaker/Porters with DIRECT PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE urgently required at various luxury residential developments situated throughout London. As the Caretaker you would be ensuring the provision of a high quality of service to all guests and visitors, and that the development is regularly cleaned, inspected and maintained to a high standard (both internally and externally), in accordance with health and safety requirements. Additionally, you would be portraying a professional image at all times and would be the first point of contact for all queries related to the maintenance of the development. Other duties may include patrolling the internal and external areas of the building as required, ensuring that the site is a well-managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work, and acting as a first point of contact for all queries regarding caretaking issues. You must be well presented, personable, proactive and have prior experience in the role
