Freelance Finishing Manager Location: West London Rate: £270 - £320 per day CIS Duration: 16 - 20 weeks Project: Luxury 5-Star Hotel | £100m+ Start: Immediate | Apply Now We are working with an established London contractor on a prestigious £100m+ 5-star hotel development in West London and are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join the project immediately. This is a fast-paced, high-specification environment with an immediate requirement to drive the project through its final stages and towards handover. The Role * Manage finishing works across the project through to handover. * Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades. * Drive snagging, quality and completion activities. * Liaise with the wider construction team, consultants and client. * Ensure works are delivered on programme and to a high standard. The Candidate * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on major construction projects. * Background in hotel, residential, commercial or high-end fit-out. * Strong knowledge of finishes, snagging and handover. * Confident in managing subcontractors and key stakeholders. * Strong IT and documentation skills. * Available immediately or at short notice.
