Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Facilitator Manchester (East) £35-40K plus benefits plus 25 days leave 37 Hours, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm (3.30pm Friday) Do you have a strong working background in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement, and looking for a permanent role with a large manufacturing company? This is a newly created position so you can make this role your own. Further progression within the team/company is available. You will work across a variety of manufacturing divisions within the facility, helping to lead CI initiatives whilst building an overall culture of using lean methodologies. It will begin by designing and implementing a new sustainable 5S system, then training and upskilling staff in lean/CI before moving on to a combination of coaching and mentoring staff whilst running CI projects. This is an exciting and challenging role where you can really utilise you knowledge and passion for lean/CI and support the companies growth. The Role Full time, permanent role based on a large manufacturing site Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean, kaizen, 5S/6S and other problem solving tools. Coach and train staff to embed a culture of using lean principles to improve performance across the site.
