Clients includeleading global insurers and other London market entities, life companies and friendly societies, Lloyd's Syndicates, and international insurers with businesses in the UK. The caseload will be both transactional and advisory, involving strategic partnership / bancassurance arrangements, drafting and negotiating distribution and outsourcing agreements, FCA and PRA regulatory issues, reinsurance agreements and insurance business transfers/M&A.
