They lend to fast-growing technology businesses and are currently deploying their second fund, with plans to develop the strategy even further in recent years.

Due to natural progression within the team, they are now looking to hire a recently qualified accountant with strong transactions or corporate finance experience as an analyst.Your responsibilities will cover the origination of new deals, reviewing financial models, drafting terms of agreement, conducting FDD, and assisting in writing investment papers.

You will also be involved with post-transaction work, supporting portfolio companies through the review of financial information and engaging with founders.SkillsFor this Investment Analyst role, our client is looking to hire a recently qualified accountant (ACA/CA or equivalent) with strong transactions or corporate finance experience.

Previous exposure to the tech space would be useful.

You will have excellent academics, strong financial modelling skills, AI literacy (particularly with Claude) and a capacity for autonomy and strategic thinking.
