Job Duties for Chef De Partie

Manage and run your designated section during prep and service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
Support menu development and contribute creative ideas
Train and mentor Commis Chefs and junior team members
Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service
Uphold kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and equipment care

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen management.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Able to perform consistently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. xwzovoh
