Strong experience with relationship building within a company and externally with a customer base.To effectively process all orders focusing on excellent serviceManage the Online e-commerce ordering portal for independent customers -ensuring all products are up to date and maintained.Effectively manage all customer orders from start to finishUpdate and communicate price changes to tele-sales customersActively sell in new product lines and ensure promotions are communicated where appropriateCommunicate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transport in order to satisfy customer requirements.Communicate to the sales team regarding any service issues.Check customer invoices for prices and weights before they are sentManage of internal staff shop and selling of distress stockOther Responsibilities:To conduct yourself in a safe and diligent manner and comply with health and safety policies and procedures.Uphold and promote company policies and procedures, promoting those specifically to your area of work, including Equality and Diversity.For more information on Bradburys please visit our website.
