A senior opportunity to lead, develop and grow an established Wills & Probate Department, with potential progression to Director level.
An established Lincolnshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer to take a senior role within its Wills & Probate Department. Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including complex and high-value Wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, inheritance tax planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Supervise, mentor and support colleagues, helping to develop the team's technical expertise and standards of client care.
Oversee compliance, risk management and quality standards.
Build client relationships, develop referral networks and generate new business.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or highly experienced Paralegals with at least 8 years’ experience managing a varied private client caseload, including complex and high-value matters.
Commercial awareness, sound judgement and a genuine interest in business development are essential, as is the ambition to take ownership of a department and help drive its future success.
This is a senior position offering considerable autonomy and the chance to make a real impact on the development of an established private client practice.
