Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Logistics, the Warehouse Manager is a key member of an energetic, enenthusiastic, and performance-driven management team, operating in a fast-paced, busy and target-driven environment.
The role is accountable for the overall performance, KPI delivery and continuous improvement of the Ballinluig warehouse across Goods In, Put-away, Stock Transfers, Mail Order Dispatch, Returns Processing, Grounds and Janitorial, and Logistics.
The successful candidate must be a strong operations-focused, decisive and results-driven leader with excellent people-management skills, capable of translating business priorities into effective operational delivery. They must demonstrate flexibility, resilience and a clear commitment to meeting business demands, including the additional hours and working days required during peak trading periods, annual stock checks and other critical operational events.
