Salary: Up to £32,000 (pro rata)
Location: Remote, once per month in Leeds office

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Junior PMO Coordinator to join a growing team, supporting the delivery of projects and programmes across the business.

We're looking for someone with some experience in a Project Support, PMO or Programme Support role, with an interest in reporting, data analysis and project management tools.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their PMO experience further within a collaborative and friendly environment.

Collate, analyse and produce project reports.
Maintain project documentation, trackers and reporting dashboards.
Support the adoption and use of project management tools and processes.
Monitor project progress, highlighting risks, issues and delays.
Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to gather updates and maintain accurate information.
Help to identify opportunities to improve reporting and project processes.About You

2+ years' experience in a PMO, Project or Programme Support role.
Experience collating information, producing reports and analysing data.
Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
Experience supporting the adoption of new tools, systems or processes.
