Head of MFL - September 2026 - Enfield

A popular community focused school in Enfield are searching for an ambitious and inspiring Head of MFL to join the team in September 2026. This is a permanent position suited to an experienced MFL Teacher looking to step up, or for an experienced Head of MFL seeking a fresh new challenge in a growing school.

Job Description - Head of MFL

• Head of MFL
• Suitable for an experienced MFL Teacher or Head of MFL
• Ability to teach and lead on both French and Spanish to KS5 level.
• MPS3 - UPS3 Outer London + TLR2c
• £41,935 - £56,154 per annum
• Leading a small team of staff (growing) whilst developing and implanting an exciting curriculum

Person Specification - Head of MFL

• Experienced MFL Teacher or Head of MFL
• Ability to teach and lead on both French and Spanish to KS5 level.
• UK QTS is essential
• Ability to teach and embrace a broad, multicultural curriculum
• Confident with evident leadership skills and a passion for Modern Foreign Languages
