Location: London, 5 days a week in office

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus

We're partnering with a growing international logistics consultancy business seeking an HR Manager to lead people initiatives across the UK and Europe.

This is a broad and highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leadership, shaping people strategy while ensuring efficient HR operations across multiple European jurisdictions. You'll have the opportunity to influence business performance, support organisational growth, and help create an inclusive, high-performing culture.

The Opportunity

As HR Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor to business leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From organisational design and workforce planning through to employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, reward, compliance and HR systems, you'll play a pivotal role in driving both business and people outcomes.

Working across the UK and Europe, you'll ensure HR practices remain compliant, commercially focused and aligned to the needs of a dynamic international workforce.
