Together, we grow, belong and impact.About the teamThe Associate Director appointment is a newly created role supporting both our central London and Sutton offices (a hybrid role, 1-2 days per week in each location). Supporting the financialplanningteam and contributing towards our stretching growth plans. You will be part of a growing team of planners and associatedsupport staff. Whilst the team have a significant number of existing clients to deliver a high-quality service to, an equally important part of the role will be to provide a local market presence and to focus on winning newclients.About the roleBring or develop a presence in the local marketplace and have a plan of how to win newclients.Comply with the Training and Competence Scheme of ForvisMazarsFinancialPlanning.Management of a portfolio of existing financialplanningclients, ensuring that planningopportunities are identified and, where appropriate, pursuedProvide appropriatefinancialplanning advice to ForvisMazars LLP and externally referred clients.Collaborate on the growth of the Milton Keynes business alongside the ForvisMazars LLP wider businessMaintain an up-to-date technical knowledge of personal tax and financialplanning and related mattersWhat we are looking forDiploma qualified as a minimum, ideally Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Financial PlannerHolds strong financialplanning experienceEvidence of ability to generate new work from new client found externally to an existing client book.Ability to proactively manage existing client relationships and to develop newrelationships.Ready to grow, belong, and impact?
