Northampton DC7 site (NN4 9EX). This is full-time, permanent role, based on any 5 out of 7 working patterns. Shift patterns available 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00. Pay, benefits and more: An hourly rate

Career development and progression What youll do on a typical day: Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within drive-in racking systems Load, unload, and move pallets to designated storage or dispatch areas Ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval following warehouse procedures Carry out daily forklift checks and report any faults or safety issues Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience operating

a Reach Truck or VNA . A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily handling duties Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work Willingness to work in a warehouse environment We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
