About this roleTFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical projects and ensure delivery aligned with timelines, budget, and quality standards.In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, managing risks, and maintaining strong client relationships.As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are metManage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.)Identify, assess, and mitigate project risksDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and timelinesAct as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholdersMonitor project performance, including financials and profitabilityEnsure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirementsAllocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managersReport progress and escalate issues where neededSupport business development activities, including proposals and bid defensesMentor junior Project Managers when requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similarMinimum 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment)Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP)Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational and prioritization abilitiesFinancial and budget management experienceSolid problem-solving and decision-making skillsWhat We OfferWe provide opportunities for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
