Pastoral Support Staff – North West London Location: North West London Start date: September/October 2026 Contract type: Temp to Perm Pay: From £100 per day, depending on experience and relevant qualifications Apex Educ8 is looking for confident and supportive pastoral staff to join a school in North West London. We're looking for someone who can build positive relationships with pupils and provide consistent support with wellbeing, behaviour and engagement. Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day pastoral support • Build positive relationships with pupils • Support behaviour, attendance and engagement • Help pupils overcome barriers to learning • Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams Requirements: • Experience working with children or young people in an education, pastoral or relevant support setting • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • A calm, consistent and supportive approach • Ability to work as part of a wider team • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing What Apex Educ8 offers: • Temp to perm opportunities • Weekly pay • Ongoing support from the Apex Educ8 team • Training and development opportunities All placements are subject to the required safeguarding and compliance checks
