Ribbons & Reeves are working with a specialist SEND provision in Newham that is looking for an ambitious, experienced and compassionate Headteacher to lead the school and its staff team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who understands the importance of high expectations, excellent teaching, safeguarding, strong relationships and a pupil-centred approach within specialist education.

The role involves:

Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership across the school
Setting a clear vision and culture for the provision
Leading, motivating and developing the teaching and support teams
Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and pupil progress
Overseeing behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and pastoral provision
Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, SEMH and complex needs
