A range of exciting opportunities are available for seasonal chefs of all levels across a collection of quality hotels, boutique properties, coastal venues and destination-led hospitality businesses throughout the South West.
Properties are seeking talented and reliable chefs for the busy seasonal period, with positions available from Commis Chef and Chef de Partie through to Junior Sous and Sous Chef level . These are ideal roles for chefs looking to spend the season working in some of the UKs most sought-after coastal and countryside locations while gaining valuable experience in fresh-food kitchens.
Successful candidates will join established brigades focused on delivering high-quality food using fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce, with venues ranging from relaxed brasserie operations to award-winning hotel restaurants.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes
Managing or supporting individual sections depending on level
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Working efficiently during busy seasonal service periods
Supporting senior chefs and contributing positively to brigade culture
Assisting with stock rotation, prep and waste control
