About the role

Build Recruitment is working with a leading housing provider to recruit a Qualified Elecctrical Supervisor to their team, covering properties in Berkshire, North West London and the surrounding areas.   You’ll play a vital part in ensuring electrical safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across an in-house maintenance workforce. This position combines Electrical Supervisor and NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS) responsibilities, with a focus on inspection, certification, and maintaining high workmanship standards. Key Responsibilities Act as the organisation’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor Oversee electrical compliance across maintenance activities Carry out inspections, audits, and quality checks Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and statutory regulations Manage certification and compliance records Support and mentor electricians and supervisors Identify risks and drive service improvements  Requirements: Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (incl.
