Electrical Supervisors – Permanent Opportunities Midlands Based (Nationwide Projects) Site-Based | Travel & Lodge Required We are working in partnership with a highly respected and long-established electrical contractor to recruit a number of experienced Electrical Supervisors to support continued growth across their project portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering high-quality electrical installations across commercial, industrial, retail, public sector and distribution environments, with a strong emphasis on energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. About the Role As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, overseeing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. Projects will typically involve: * LV and high voltage electrical installations * Commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes * Industrial and distribution environments * Energy-efficient and sustainable installations * Inspection, testing, and compliance works These are site-based positions, requiring flexibility to travel and lodge as projects demand. What We’re Looking For We are keen to speak with Supervisors who have proven experience within: * Commercial / industrial electrical installations * Large-scale fit-out or infrastructure projects * Managing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery * Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards * Inspection, testing or commissioning (advantageous) Key requirements: * SSSTS / SMSTS (preferred) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on live sites * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * Permanent positions with long-term project pipeline * Hourly rate structure with strong earning potential * Company van provided * Overtime opportunities * Travel & lodge covered where required * Ongoing training and career progression Why Join?
