Waste Collection Operative 📍 West London & Greater London (Based at UB3 3NB) 🕒 Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week 💼 Overtime available on Saturday Pay rate - £17.35 per hour About the Role We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Waste Collection Operatives to join our team, working across high‑density areas in West London and Greater London. This is a practical, hands‑on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and delivering an essential service to the community. What You'll Be Doing Completing 20-40 waste collection calls per day Tipping euro bins into a dustcart safely and efficiently Providing waste services to a range of clients including: Care homes Nurseries Schools Other community sites Working within small, defined local areas, reducing travel time between stops Hours & Shifts: Minimum 8 hours per day Total of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday only, Saturday overtime available What We're Looking For: A strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform manual, physical work Good customer service skills when interacting with clients Team players who enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions Please apply or give me a call on (phone number removed) Kate Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
