Sector: ITReference: BBBH _ Business Analyst - Insurance Experience - Remote Working - UmbrellaOur client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Business Analyst with UAT experience in the Insurance sector to join the team on a contract basis. This role would be remote working, with adhoc travel to London. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex business and technology change initiatives for Insurance clients. Skills and Experience:Extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience, including planning, coordination and execution.Experienced in creating UAT strategies, test scripts, test scenarios and test plans.Proven experience working across the full project lifecycle from requirements through to implementation and go-live.Strong requirements gathering experience using workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement techniques.Skilled in documenting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements and User Stories.Extensive experience producing clear acceptance criteria and ensuring end-to-end requirements traceability.Strong process mapping expertise, including As-Is and To-Be process design.Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.Experienced in conducting detailed gap analysis and impact assessments.Strong data analysis capabilities, including data validation, reconciliation and data mapping.Technical background with the ability to engage effectively with technical teamsExperience supporting system integration, data migration and digital transformation projects.Proficient in analysing business and technical challenges and translating them into practical solutions.Strong defect management experience, including prioritisation, triage and resolution tracking.Proven ability to manage business sign-off and ensure readiness for deployment.Experience working within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.Proficient in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.Insurance industry experiencePlease apply!Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
