Mechanical Project Manager | M&E Building Services | North West London | £70,000–£85,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established construction and building services contractor delivering a diverse range of projects across London, typically valued between £100k and £1m. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being close to the detail, taking full ownership of delivery, and working across multiple projects rather than being tied to a single long-term project. About the Company A well-established and highly regarded construction and building services contractor delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and high-end residential sectors. The business has built a strong reputation through repeat work, technical delivery, and a collaborative, down-to-earth culture. Operating as a smaller, agile contractor, they offer a more hands-on and engaging environment where Project Managers are trusted to take ownership and play a key role in project success. The Role – Mechanical Project Manager You will be responsible for delivering multiple mechanically biased projects, taking full ownership of both programme and commercial performance from pre-construction through to completion. Projects include plant upgrades, HVAC installations, smoke extract systems, refurbishment works, and specialist building services packages, often within live or technically sensitive environments. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong technical understanding and the ability to manage projects end-to-end with a high level of ownership and accountability.
