You'll lead community initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure residents feel truly at home. What You'll Do: Welcome residents and visitors with warmth, managing the front desk with professionalism. Organize and oversee community events, bringing people together to build connections. Support leasing strategies, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Manage social media accounts, showcasing the best of the community. Ensure communal areas are pristine, safe, and inviting through regular inspections. Handle administrative tasks, resident queries, and tenancy documentation. Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and enhance resident experiences.Who You Are: A people-person with a passion for hospitality and community building. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills. Experienced in front-of-house or customer-facing roles (1-2 years).
