Senior Support Worker – Complex Care (LD, MH & Behaviours that Challenge) – Midlands & North Top Tier Talentees is recruiting on behalf of a specialist complex-care provider supporting teenagers and young adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and high levels of behaviour that challenges. Each person lives in their own home with 2:1 to 4:1 support. As a Senior, you'll lead shifts and set the standard for the team around each person.
