Recruitment Advisor

Bellshill | £16 - £17 per hour | Temporary Role | 5 Days On-Site

Brightwork are delighted to be supporting a key client and reputable employer as they look to add an experienced Recruitment Advisor to their team in Bellshill.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, initially from one month onwards, offering the chance to join a busy in-house recruitment function and take ownership of recruitment activity across a variety of roles.

Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external recruitment partners, you will manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing through to successful appointment, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

The Role

As Recruitment Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process across a range of vacancies
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing plans
• Proactively sourcing candidates through direct search, advertising and a range of online platforms
